Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Concierge for our community to greet guests, residents, and staff, manage calls, relay messages, and provide general information.

The role involves reception duties, scheduling assistance, coordinating mail, meals, and move-in/out logistics, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Full-time on-site position with competitive wages and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• Experience in reception/telephone duties is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Answer telephone and reception duties as required.
• Take and relay messages with pertinent information.
• Greet residents and visitors; provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members; tally meal counts.
• Update the Resident Phone List and Roster; Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organize and distribute mail to residents, Executive Director and Coordinators.
• Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
