Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The role involves greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages, and providing general information.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail, organizing appointments, and maintaining logs and rosters. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls and reception duties.
• Takes and relays messages with pertinent details.
• Greets residents and visitors and provides directions.
• Prepares meal tickets for staff and family; tallies meal counts.
• Updates contact and move-in/out logs and guest sign-in sheets.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintains tidy desk and entry area.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains resident forms for credits.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
