Job summary

River Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN or RN to provide compassionate, specialized care in our all-female memory care unit Affinity for Her. You will support residents, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to residents including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record residents' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Collect patients' health information and relay information between patients, RNs and physicians.
• Administer oral medications and injections as prescribed.
• Test blood sugar levels and manage urinary catheter care.
• Maintain accurate charting and medical records.
• Demonstrate compassionate leadership and professional behavior.
