River Grove Health and Rehabilitation, home of Affinity for Her, seeks a Memory Care CNA to provide compassionate, personalized care in a dedicated female memory care unit. You will work with a caring team focused on making a meaningful difference in residents' lives and will benefit from a supportive workplace, growth opportunities, and flexible pay options.

The role includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires, a new wage scale, quarterly raises, and a comprehensive benefits package

• Take and record residents' vital signs and assist with lifting, moving, and transporting.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNAs are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.

• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.

• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA
