Job summary

MaineGeneral Health System is seeking a dedicated Memory Care CNA for Glenridge in Augusta, Maine. The role is a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) with a 36-hour work week and a $10,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced CNAs.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, responding to calls, and coordinating with nursing staff. Candidates must hold an active Maine CNA and preferably have dementia-care experience.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA certification.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope of practice and assist with emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Greet patients/visitors and handle calls, codes, and announcements as needed.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff and keep units stocked and orderly.
