Qualifications

• Active State of Maine CNA certification.
• Prior experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia is preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities within CNA scope and supports residents’ emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Greet residents and visitors; answer calls and route communications; assist with codes and announcements as requested.
• Report abnormal findings or changes to nursing staff; keep unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
