Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA/L1MA) to support residents in Missouri Memory Care communities. You’ll administer medications under supervision, assist with ADLs, and help keep a safe, home-like environment for memory-impaired residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide/Med Level One course with Missouri certification.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff per Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity before administration; document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions or concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and intake/output.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers by providing assistance as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with tours of the community.
