Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA/L1MA) to support Memory Care residents in Missouri. You will administer medications under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment focused on dignity and quality of life.

The role requires completion of a Missouri CMA/L1MA program, active certification, and a willingness to complete on-site training as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri.
• Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community, if applicable.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff in accordance with Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity prior to administration and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions or concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, meals, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and intake/output.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers by providing assistance as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with tours of the community.
