Koelsch Communities in Billings, MT is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department at Canyon Creek memory care. This full-time role offers day shifts 2PM-10PM, weekends and holidays required, with starting pay at $19/hour dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe resident rights and report changes in condition to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
