Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Caregiver for Cedar Creek Memory care in Washington. We offer full-time and part-time roles with shifts including day, evening, and night (NOC). Earn $20–$24/hour based on experience, with a CNA certification program paid by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and willing to undergo drug screening.
• CPR/First-Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Able to pass criminal background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe resident rights at all times.
• Report changes in health or behavior to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
