Job summary

Koelsch Communities looks for a Certified Caregiver to join the Resident Services Department at Copper Creek Inn memory care in Chandler. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with shifts AM/PM/NOC and starting pay at $21/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, ambulation, transfers, meals, feeding, housekeeping, bed making and laundry.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Assist residents to and from meals.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Collaborate with staff from all departments to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes in a timely manner.
• Support other staff on the floor and follow resident care plans.
• Document and report incidents per community policy.
