• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and social activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and coordinate with licensed staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
