Koelsch Communities in Meadowbrook memory care is hiring a Caregiver for our Resident Services Department. This full-time role offers shifts from 6AM–2PM or 2PM–10PM and a CNA Certification program funded by the company.

Earn between $16 and $17 per hour, experience-based, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality resident interactions in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
