Job summary

Avamere Court at Keizer in Keizer, OR seeks a PRN Caregiver to support residents with daily living tasks and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, safety monitoring, companionship, and light housekeeping to maintain a warm, safe home environment.

The role emphasizes Resident safety, timely response to care needs, and collaboration with the caregiving team. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler cards are needed, with EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience as a Caregiver in a Memory Care Unit and/or Assisted Living Facility.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification during employment.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to medical staff.
