Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living is seeking a full-time Caregiver at Avamere Keizer in Keizer, Oregon. The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

You will help with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship while monitoring health and reporting concerns to medical staff. The job emphasizes timely responses and contributing to residents' safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Must have ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor residents' health, report concerns to medical staff, and assist with basic health observations.
• Respond to resident calls for assistance promptly and maintain safe working conditions.
