Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver in Memory Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor.
• Genuine desire to improve quality of life for seniors.
• Create and uphold a warm, patient, and cheerful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers for residents.
• Assist with meal setup, serving, and tray removal.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain housekeeping, laundry, and a clean living space.
• Monitor health changes and report concerns to medical staff.
• Respond to assistance calls promptly and maintain confidentiality.
