Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living, a premier senior living community, is seeking a Care Provider in Memory Care. This full-time role covers AM/PM/NOC shifts, with a pay range of $20-21 per hour.

The Care Provider will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity, and communicate health changes to supervisors. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, vacation and holidays, paid meals, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity and privacy.
• Report any change in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with other staff and departments.
