Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider for Memory Care on a full-time basis in California. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and safety, and coordinating with the care team.

Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday. Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, vacations, meals, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening including TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
