Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents, enhancing independence and quality of life within our senior living community. The role is full-time, Sunday-Thursday, with a pay range of $18.25-$19.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include ADL support, prompt response to resident needs, safeguarding confidentiality, and teamwork across departments. Qualifications emphasize age, education, and a willingness to train new teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening (including TB tests).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any observed resident changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
