Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities in a memory care setting. Full time and part time shifts available, with on-site duties and a focus on resident dignity and safety.

Prior experience is not required—we will train the right candidate. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass background and health screenings. Excellent service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical and TB).
• Follow health and safety protocols, vaccination, daily screening, and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and positive interactions with coworkers and departments.
