Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Caregiver to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our memory care community. The role involves assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and activities, while maintaining dignity and safety in every interaction.

The position offers a full-time schedule with an hourly rate of $19–$20, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and relevant certifications; prior caregiver experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification, preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide transportation and escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Perform safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Assist with meal times, serving, clearing trays, and room tray delivery as needed.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassionate care.
• Maintain cleanliness and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Follow all safety policies, state regulations, and ISP instructions.
