Job summary

Oakmont of Silver Creek is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. This full-time Caregiver position for memory care covers PM shifts (2 pm–10 pm) Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday, offering a pay range of $19.00–$20.50/hour depending on experience.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more. The Care Provider assists residents with daily living activities, ensures safety, and supports independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected changes in condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
