Job summary

Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill, part of Oakmont Senior Living, is seeking a Care Provider - Memory Care (FT) in California. The role delivers personal care and daily living support to residents, boosting independence and well-being per our mission.

Shifts include Tues-Sat or Wed-Sun with pay range $21-$23 per hour. Regional benefits, vaccination and health screening may apply in line with regulations and company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• May require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
