Koelsch Communities is hiring a Caregiver for Maple Glen memory care in Glen Ellyn, IL. This full-time position offers shifts from 2PM–10PM and 10PM–6AM, 3–4 days per week with rotating weekends.

Earn $18–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus a CNA certification program funded by the employer. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, accident insurance, employer HSA contributions, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Formación

• Proven ability to provide high-quality personal care and hospitality
• Ability to engage residents in conversation and activities
• CPR/First-Aid certification in accordance with policy and state rules

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
• Respond to resident needs promptly and obtain assistance as necessary
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
• Observe changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition and report to a licensed nurse
• Perform other duties as assigned
