Koelsch Communities is seeking a caring Caregiver for Meadowbrook memory care in Arlington, TX. This full-time role offers shifts from 6AM–2PM or 2PM–10PM, with a CNA certification program paid by the employer, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist residents with daily living tasks, provide personal care, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment while reporting changes to nursing staff. A drug-free status, CPR/First-Aid readiness, and background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
