Oakmont of Concord, part of Oakmont Senior Living, seeks an Activity Coordinator for Memory Care to organize engaging programs, excursions, and social events that promote residents' independence and quality of life.

In this role you will support the Memory Care Director, drive community vehicles, coordinate activities, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C, prefer Class B driver license to transport residents.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Vaccination/testing may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Memory Care Director in providing a rewarding social atmosphere through activities and excursions.
• Promote resident participation with regularly scheduled high-quality activities and events.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles.
