Key duties include promoting participation, coordinating with the Memory Care Director, and maintaining safety standards. Requires strong communication and prior experience with seniors; MS Office skills and driving may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors preferred.
• Able to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Comfort with driving community vehicles and promoting safety.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, promote, facilitate, and direct activities and excursions.
• Promote resident participation with high-quality activities and events.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
