Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to enhance the daily lives of Memory Care residents. You will plan and execute engaging activities, manage calendars, coordinate with external partners, and assist with setup and cleanup.

Ideal candidates have experience with Memory Care residents, familiarity with event planning, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening/weekend availability may be required, and a valid driver's license is needed.

Competenze

• Experience working with Memory Care residents.
• Experience event planning preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations and manage setup and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to events using company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff and follow safety guidelines.
