Job summary

RM Management seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and implement activities for Memory Care residents. You will lead programs, coordinate with aides, and help create meaningful experiences that support physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being.

Expect to adapt activities to residents' needs, collect feedback, and work closely with the Director of Life Enrichment and Nursing to update offerings. Weekend hours are included, and a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Lead fun and meaningful activities in group settings and 1:1.
• 1 year experience in Assisted or Senior Living with Dementia.
• Able to work 20 hours a week, weekends included.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs independently or with aides.
• Generate programs for participation by staff and clients.
• Set up programs meeting physical, cognitive and social needs.
• Incorporate daily routines into programming.
• Communicate client feedback and adjust programs with leadership.
