Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will help create calendars, coordinate with external groups, and ensure activities align with residents' preferences while providing excellent engagement and care.

The role involves occasional driving, supervising life enrichment components, and collaborating with staff to deliver holistic wellness and enjoyable programs.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, and demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care or specific activity) as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation to and from outside events; drive company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
