Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures for multi-agent systems and advanced context management. You will prototype RAG, semantic chunking, and memory-sharing frameworks across enterprise platforms.

You'll lead architecture work, mentor team members, collaborate with security, data and infrastructure experts, and present IP developments at conferences while advancing scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash; Go, Rust, Java preferred.
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research new memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development and IP filings; present at conferences.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
