Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory and context architectures for enterprise multi-agent systems. You will implement scalable memory patterns, RAG-enabled components and semantic chunking, while benchmarking architectures against automated evals.

You will collaborate with AI, security and data teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to IP filings. Strong coding experience and industry acumen are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools/code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and customization (RAG/SFT/LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures
• Drive agent design requirements in AI Native design process
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team
