Job summary

EY is looking for an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent systems, RAG-based context systems, and scalable inference strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering, CS or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding AI native design and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarks against evals.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development and present IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
