Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures for multi-agent systems and AI-native frameworks. You will implement context systems, RAG, and semantic chunking, benchmarking against evaluative tests and collaborating across AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.

The role requires leadership, mentoring, and hands-on coding while shaping IP and strategic directions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in related field and 5+ years in software engineering/AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native toolchains and code assist tools.
• Understanding of memory architectures for multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test these architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human designed evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for use of memory architecture across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess new memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts to ensure practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities and present at academic conferences.
• Hands on coding and mentoring Knowledge / Data team.
