Hard Rock Cafe International (STP) Inc is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience and staff the sales floor with enthusiasm. This role involves engaging customers, preserving product knowledge, and delivering memorable experiences as you assist with sales, payments, and store presentation.

The RSA will act as a tour guide, communicator, entertainer and memorabilia curator while upholding visual standards and creating “Raving Fans”.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service.
• Ability to engage guests and inform them of product features and benefits.
• Comfort with handling payments and maintaining cash drawer balance.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests.
• Answering questions accurately and politely.
• Answering the phone and processing sales transactions with a POS system.
• Handling cash and other forms of payment; maintaining proper cash drawer balances.
