Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or Master's with 5+ years, or Ph.D. with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of working experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in molecular biology (cloning, construct design, mutagenesis).
- Experience in protein stabilization techniques (antibody fragments, fusion partners, mutagenesis).
Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and optimize membrane protein constructs to improve drug discovery programs.
- Develop high-throughput expression and purification workflows for Cryo-EM-ready proteins.
- Collaborate with pharmacology, structural biology, and medicinal chemistry teams to advance programs.
- Serve as SME on membrane protein expressions within internal and external teams.
- Document experiments in ELN and present data and strategies to audiences.
