Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years of molecular biology or related field.
• Hands-on design, build, troubleshoot multiple constructs in parallel.
• Expertise in membrane protein design across architectures/topologies.
• Proven ability to design, build, and test novel constructs.
• Proficiency in plasmid engineering and library-scale assembly.
• Experience with lentiviral transduction and mammalian cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize membrane protein constructs across architectures.
• Troubleshoot construct design, expression, and folding.
• Perform plasmid engineering and library assembly with QC.
• Design and run assays to characterize expression and performance.
• Drive design-build-test cycles and establish best practices.
• Collaborate with screening and translational teams.
• Translate data into insights and influence scientific strategy.
