Job summary

Grand Rapids Kroc Center is seeking a Membership Department Supervisor to oversee the welcome desk, Building Leads, and daily operations. The role includes cash handling, POS oversight, and ensuring high-quality customer service while scheduling and managing staff.

Responsibilities extend to acting as Manager on Duty, recruiting and training team members, and maintaining consistent guest experiences. The position emphasizes radical hospitality and adherence to center policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field of administration or business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years prior experience supervising and managing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of welcome desk personnel, Building Leads and daily operations.
• Implement cash control procedures and ensure accurate cash handling and POS processes.
• Maintain high quality guest interactions and staff communication; supervise scheduling.
• Provide Manager on Duty coverage during weekday afternoons and resolve guest issues.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate Welcome Desk Leads and Attendants; manage staffing levels.
• Create and maintain the Building Lead schedule to ensure consistent coverage.
