Job summary

The Grand Rapids Kroc Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a General Manager to provide leadership, oversight and administration to ensure the center achieves its goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain center strategies and direction with leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and center directors.
• Direct programming, marketing, HR and staffing needs.
• Ensure risk management, safety procedures and facilities upkeep.
• Lead capital improvement projects and budget development.
• Supervise the director team and represent the center in the community.
