• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, call center, or membership-based industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, confident on the phone and in virtual settings.
• High degree of self-motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple conversations, and hit deadlines.
• Robust customer service mindset with a desire to maximize membership value.
