Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Membership Specialist to promote and sell campground memberships across our communities. You will focus on meeting membership sales targets and serve as a friendly ambassador to prospective members, educating them on the benefits of membership.

In this role, you will conduct awareness activities at parks, manage member referrals, and coordinate with park staff to present memberships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required to meet membership targets.
• Proactive communicator with professional phone, email, and in-person skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet sales targets.
• Act as a goodwill ambassador to inform customers about membership benefits.
• Educate prospects on membership products and services.
• Conduct welcome calls/emails, events, and promotional activities at parks.
• Generate and follow up on membership referrals and lead lists.
• Collaborate with park staff to manage materials and signage.
