Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for members.
• Make 75+ outbound calls per day.
• Book an average of 4 or more appointments daily.
• Educate members on opportunities to enhance or upgrade their benefits.
• Stay organized while managing multiple client interactions.
