Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning and package deals. You will manage calls, support cashiering, and provide ID and title services as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales experience is a plus, with notary designation obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Pre-employment and post-employment screenings are satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to RAC C calls throughout the day.
• Support cashiering, tag/title services, and ID services as needed.
