Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Edison, NJ is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service while driving membership sales. You will assist members with AAA products, process transactions, and support travel planning and referrals.

The role requires sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills; notary designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to articulate value of AAA memberships and services.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell AAA products and services.
• Assist members with travel planning and referrals (hotels, cars, tours).
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak times.
• Support cashiering, tag and title, and IDEMIA services when needed.
