Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Richmond, VA. You will promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while helping customers plan travel and accommodations. You will handle Roadside Assistance calls and support cashiering, tag/title, and ID services within a collaborative team.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, no Sundays, and a strong benefits package including PTO and a 401(k) match. Notary eligibility may be required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and trust-building skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
