Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is looking for a Membership Team Member to join their team! In this role, you will connect with people, help them reach their potential, and positively impact the community.

As part of the YMCA, you will provide customer service support to members, assist with registrations, and build strong relationships with members of all ages. Join us and be a part of an organization that makes the community stronger!

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Willingness to live out the mission of the Y.
• Experience in cash handling and reconciling shift transactions.
• Enjoyment from working with members.

What is needed for this job:
