Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA in Havertown, PA is seeking a part-time Membership Team Member to provide exceptional service to members and guests, help with registrations, and support wellness goals. You will play a key role in fostering positive relationships within the Y community.

Join a mission-driven, non-profit organization with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Training and teamwork are emphasized to deliver great member experiences every day.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Willingness to live out the mission of the Y
• Experience with cash handling and reconciling shift transactions
• Enjoyment from working with members and building positive relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
• Assist members with needs including program and membership registration, troubleshooting, and wellness goals
• Build strong relationships with members and guests of all ages

Mondays: 4pm - 10:15pm, Saturdays: 2pm - 7pm & Sundays: 12pm - 7:15pm

What is needed for this job:
