Job summary

The Membership System Administrator at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley will manage the day-to-day operation of the organization’s membership system, ensuring configuration accuracy, ticket resolution, and smooth program setups. You will collaborate across clubs and departments to maintain data integrity, support payments and billing, and deliver user training and resources for staff and families.

Experience with MyClubHub or similar platforms is preferred, and a strong eye for detail helps

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in system administration or membership operations.
• Experience with MyClubHub or similar platform preferred.
• Experience creating reports and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administers and configures the membership system.
• Resolves tickets and supports club/family users.
• Configures programs, registrations, fees, and discounts.
• Creates and updates reports for clubs, finance, and leadership.
• Maintains data integrity across member, household, and accounts.
• Tracks payments and outstanding balances; supports financial reporting.
• Develops user guides and training resources.
• Provides user training on system updates and processes.
