The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Membership Services Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, manage enrollment, attendance, and front desk operations across Clubhouses and school sites in the Las Vegas area. The role includes data entry, payments, scholarships, and program participation while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google productivity tools.
• Ability to work with multi-age groups and families.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle member enrollment, renewals, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain member records and manage the member management system.
• Process program registrations, fees, and payments at the front desk.
• Provide customer service and information about programs to families.
• Support front desk operations and travel to multiple Clubhouses as needed.
• Assist with scholarship processing and deposits.
