Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in health analytics or operations.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL and PowerBI.
• Familiar with Epic EHR system.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report on membership and engagement metrics.
• Create end-to-end reporting for assigned subject areas.
• Collaborate with Clinic Ops, Product, Finance and leadership.
• Translate requests into actionable reporting solutions.
• Support data-driven decision making and process improvements.
